Flexible workspace operator WeWork India has leased 22,000 sq ft of office space to Chargebee, a global billing and monetisation platform, at its Ramanujan Intellion Park center in Chennai. The move follows Chargebee’s earlier relocation of its Ireland office to WeWork 5 Harcourt Road in Dublin earlier this year.
The Chennai center, spread across three floors in Littlewood Tower, spans 150,000 sq ft and houses 2,400 desks. The Chargebee lease adds momentum to WeWork India’s expansion strategy, which saw two new centers launched in July 2025—WeWork EON Free Zone in Pune and the Ramanujan Intellion Park facility in Chennai.
“Our partnership with Chargebee reflects the growing demand for agile, tech-enabled workspaces among global SaaS players. Chennai continues to be a strategic market for us,” said a senior executive at WeWork India.
WeWork India is now operational across eight cities, with a footprint of over one lakh desks. The Pune center, located in Kharadi, spans 60,000 sq ft and adds to the company’s growing presence in India’s top-tier commercial hubs.
Chargebee’s continued preference for WeWork spaces across geographies signals a broader trend of tech firms opting for flexible, scalable office solutions that align with hybrid work models and global expansion goals.
